Position Title:  Administrative Assistant – Community Development and Special Events

Hiring Range: $17.21 - $20.65 per hour DOQ, Full benefits including health vision, dental, life insurance, retirement, vacation and sick leave.

Position Summary:

The Town of Eagle is accepting applications for a full time administrative assistant to assist our Community Development and Special Event departments. This position is a front-line employee working at the Town Hall offices located at 200 Broadway.  Ideal candidates will have excellent customer services skills, understanding of basic financial principles and cash handling, effective communication and be detail oriented.  The employee will perform the following activities: meet and receive customers and public inquires in person and on the telephone, create reports, attend meetings, review planning and building applications, accounting and reporting functions, workflow management, calendaring and website updating. Qualifications: High School Diploma, degree in related field preferred, Meritage experience preferred and three - five years of administrative or related experience.
