The Planning and Zoning Division works to provide for the safe, efficient and orderly development of the Town of Eagle while striving to enhance and maintain the natural and social environment. We are a public organization that puts customer service first by utilizing motivated professionals who contribute toward shaping the Town of Eagle as a community of choice.

We provide advice and technical expertise to assist the Board of Trustees, Planning Commission, public agencies, and citizens in understanding and dealing with key community issues and priorities. 

We continue to focus our efforts on a long term commitment to economic vitality, environmental quality, and development design quality.
