In Town Residential Water Tap Application

For all single family homes and accessory dwelling units (ADU's) within the Eagle town limits.

Multi-Family/Hotel Water Tap Application

For residential duplexes or larger within the Eagle town limits.

Commercial Water Tap Application

For any commercial property within the Eagle town limits.

Out of Town Residential Water Tap Application - Frost Creek

For all residential property at Frost Creek.

Out of Town Residential Water Tap Application

For any residential property outside of the Eagle Town limits but are supplied by Eagle town limits including Eby Creek and Upper Kaibab subdivisions.
