The Town of Eagle will receive sealed bids at the Town of Eagle Department of Public Works Offices, 1050 Chambers Avenue, Eagle, CO, 81631 for the Capitol Street: 5th Street to 6th Street – Water and Wastewater Replacement Project until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at which time all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
The construction of water main replacement and wastewater main replacement, as described in the contract documents. Improvements include water main, gate valves, bends, water services, fire hydrants, wastewater main, manholes, wastewater services, cleanouts, road-base, asphalt, revegetation, etc. The project is located in downtown Eagle on Capitol Street between 5th Street and 6th Street. The approximate total length of water main improvements is approximately 500 linear feet and wastewater main improvements are approximately 450 linear feet.
The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Town of Eagle Town Hall, 200 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado @ 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2020. A project walk-thru will be held immediately afterward.
