Internet Billing Moving to Town Utility System Beginning April 1!
We’re making improvements to streamline your billing experience! In February, the Town of Eagle announced that broadband internet billing will transition to the same system used for other Town utilities, including water, sewer, and trash.
Beginning April 1, your internet service will be billed through the Town’s utility billing system. As part of this change, autopay through the current internet billing platform is no longer available.

Beginning April 1, use the new payment portal!
If you have an existing Town water bill, you can login to your account to pay your consolidated bill.
If you have a separate broadband account, login with your broadband account, which may be different than your water utility bill.

- Wireless Connectivity Everywhere:
- The Town of Eagle offers wireless connections, bridging the digital divide in areas where traditional wired broadband may not reach.
- We provide internet access to areas of Town that many service providers have not updated or reached yet.

- No Complex Cable Installations:
- Fast deployment. Our team can usually install your service within a week of signing up.
- Unlike fiber optics, we don’t require intricate cable installations.
- We use antennas or stations to provide wireless connections, making them suitable for places where laying cables is impractical.

- We are a Town provided service supporting our local businesses and residents.
- We cater to the needs of our community.
- Balancing Speed and Practicality:
- Wireless Internet strikes a balance between practicality and connectivity, offering a reliable alternative in areas where other options fall short.
- We use diverse technology selection, often exceeding traditional wired performance.
- We use a mix of licensed spectrum radios and mm wave radios to deliver the best possible connection.
- Hardware Limitations:
- Old Hardware: Outdated routers or modems may not handle high speeds efficiently. Consider upgrading your equipment if it’s ancient.
- Router Placement: The position of your router matters. Avoid placing it near mirrors, microwaves, or other electronic devices that can interfere with the signal.
- Too Many Devices: If numerous devices operate on the same 2.4 GHz frequency, it can slow down your Wi-Fi.
- Interference from neighboring devices such as: microwaves, Bluetooth, close neighbor’s WiFi, baby monitors. Wireless security cameras, etc
- Software and Settings:
- Choice of Software: Certain software or applications running in the background can consume bandwidth, affecting overall speed.
- VPN or Proxy Usage: Using a VPN or proxy can impact speed due to additional routing and encryption.
- Coverage Area:
- If your devices are far from your home Wi-Fi router, signal strength may decrease, leading to slower speeds.
While we excel at providing high-speed internet access, we currently don't offer voice or video options.
