Deed Restricted Housing


The Program Administrator for both LERP and the Eagle Ranch Locals Housing Program is The Valley Home Store (TVHS). Deed restricted homes may be listed with TVHS or a local real estate broker through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), expanding visibility to qualified buyers. 


1. Town of Eagle Local Employee Residency Program (LERP).

The primary goal of the Local Employee Residency Program is to provide housing that supports Town of Eagle residents, workforce, and businesses. LERP cultivates sustainable community growth by fostering economic and social diversity, ensuring long-term affordability, and providing housing for the local workforce. There are four primary types of LERP units in the town:
(1.)  Price-Capped Units: for-sale price-capped units. 
(2.) Rent-Capped Units: rental units with rent caps. 
(3.) Resident Occupied (RO) For-Sale Units: for-sale units that must be occupied by residents but are not price-capped.
(4.) Resident Occupied (RO) Rental Units: rental units that must be occupied by residents but are not rent-capped.

2. Eagle Ranch Locals Housing Program.

The Eagle Ranch neighborhood offers assistance with deed restricted homes, down payment resources, and a buy-down program.
