The Capitol Street Project is a comprehensive roadway and utility reconstruction extending from Grand Avenue to 5th Street. The project includes replacement of the existing undersized water main and installation of a new storm drainage system where none currently exist. In addition, the water main on 4th Street, between Howard Street and Broadway, will be replaced as part of this project.
The Grand Avenue Corridor Plan is a transformational long-term public project that aims to improve mobility across Town, establish a strong sense of place and identity, and create interconnectivity between the major destinations within walking distance of the downtown commercial core.
