Marketing & Events Advisory Committee (MEAC) 

The Marketing & Advisory Committee (MEAC) works to strengthen the sense of community among Eagle residents by balancing a high quality of life with a vibrant local business environment. 

Serving in a sponsorship capacity, MEAC allocates funding to events and programs that celebrate and protect Eagle’s unique character, traditions, and resources. The committee advises the Special Events Manager, Town Council, and Town Manager on events that align with these objectives.

MEAC is a diverse collection of Eagle business owners and community members. Volunteers interested in serving on the committee must be a resident of the Town of Eagle, or own real estate, or a business within the Town of Eagle. 

Typically, meetings are held at 4:00 p.m.  on the first Monday of the month. MEAC meetings are a round-table format, and the public is encouraged to attend.
