The Community Development office is open Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. During this time staff is accessible via telephone or email. We recommend scheduling an appointment for in-person meetings. To schedule an appointment with staff, please email permits@townofeagle.org or call (970) 328-9653.

ABOUT US

The Building Department works to ensure safe, efficient and orderly development within the Town of Eagle. We are a public organization that puts customer service first by utilizing motivated professionals who contribute toward shaping the Town of Eagle as a community of choice.

We are here to serve the community and assist with code related questions, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with the International Building Code, Town ordinances, and regulations. The Building Division is responsible for reviewing building plans and permit applications. We also maintain records of completed building permits and inspections.
