Liquor License

The Town of Eagle Liquor Licensing process starts with applying with the Town Clerk. Please get in touch with Camille Deering for information regarding all Liquor Licensing questions.

New License Applications and some license changes require a public notice and a scheduled hearing in front of the Eagle Liquor Licensing Authority ("LLA"). Hearing agendas are posted on our website here and are scheduled as hearings are needed. 

Renewal forms are mailed to each licensee at least 45 days before expiration from the State of Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division.

Special Events selling alcohol must obtain a permit through the Town of Eagle at least 30 days before the event. Special Event Guidelines and Application
