The Building Department works to ensure safe, efficient and orderly development within the Town of Eagle. We are here to serve the community and assist with code related questions, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with the International Code of Council, Town ordinances, and regulations.

Building Code Updates
We also have recently adopted the Colorado State Wildfire Resiliency Code that takes affect for building code JULY 1st, 2026.
The Municipal Code does not cover all building codes and please refer to the above International Codes for complete information, however please note that the Town of Eagle has adopted amendments to these codes that are part of Title 13, Eagle Municipal Code - Building and Construction.
