Energy Rebates

Earn money for making your home or business more energy efficient!

The Town partners with Walking Mountains to run the Town's community energy efficiency program and provide funding for rebates. Making your home or business more energy efficient saves resources and supports the town's net zero goals - our effort to ensure our community remains livable and that we can enjoy the nature in our backyards for generations to come.

How it works:

  1. Determine if you're eligible for Re-Energize, which provides no-cost energy assessments and installations by clicking HERE.
  2. Schedule a home energy assessment with an Energy Coach at Walking Mountains (cost of $25-$50, depending on type of home) by clicking HERE  .
  3. Browse the list of rebates below to inform your project. Eagle residents can get up to 75% of their project cost back in rebates. They are eligible for the base rebates up to $1,000, plus the bonuses available in Eagle (limited to 75% of project costs).
  4. Work with Walking Mountains to select contractors, get your new equipment installed, and to apply for your rebate(s). Ensure you submit your receipt within 90 days of applying for a rebate.
  5. Funds will go fast this year, so the earlier you can get started, the better!
