The Town of Eagle is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans.

Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Our efforts are part of a meaningful change in making all Town of Eagle services inclusive and accessible. We welcome comments on improving our technology’s accessibility for users with disabilities and requests for accommodations to Town of Eagle services.

Compliance Procedures
The town of Eagle is working to ensure all website content complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and controlling State laws. In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues, beginning in January 2025, the website will be regularly scanned to ensure ongoing compliance, and timely changes are made to any inaccessible content if found.
