PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF EAGLE REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION PETITIONS
The Town of Eagle Regular Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. There are three (3) Trustee positions which will be on the ballot. Nomination petitions for the office of Trustee will be available for circulation beginning on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 8:00 am. Nomination petitions must be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office no later than Monday, January 22, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Candidates must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on Election Day; must be a registered elector and must have resided within the incorporated limits of the Town of Eagle for twelve (12) consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
