We're hearing great things about the town's new broadband service. Read what Eagle resident Mick Daly has to say after 14 years with another provider and switching over to the town's service.
"A 10-day internet outage (which was nothing short of disastrous) spurred me to leave my previous provider and move to the Town of Eagle’s offering. The installation was fast and efficient, and the speed is outstanding! I was previously paying for 100mb, but typically getting 60:20mb. Now I get 450:90mb at the router and 180:80mb on all my WiFi devices. All for less than $70/month. Comparing service levels, there is NO comparison. All outages over the past 5 years took far too long to resolve, with patently low concern for me as a customer. Since using Town of Eagle Broadband I have noticed two outages, each of around 20 minutes. Both times I quickly received an email informing me of the cause and apologizing for the break in service. I could not be more pleased, and knowing that my money is going to support my Town and my community is icing on the cake."
