The town of Eagle will begin its 2024 Street Resurfacing Project this month, targeting areas including Chambers Avenue and Marmot Lane for extensive resurfacing, including milling the top layer of the surface, cleaning the roadway, patching and repaving. Sylvan Lake Road, Lime Park Road and Capitol Street will receive asphalt patching in select locations.
The first phase will begin on June 17, focusing on repaving the roadway from the Eby Creek Roundabout to 1050 Chambers Avenue. Work on the other locations will continue throughout the summer.
The Howard Street and Fourth Street utility replacement and street repaving project is anticipated to begin in early June and extend into the fall.
Motorists and pedestrians should expect detours and single-lane roads during the construction period, with varying impacts depending on the location. Updates will be shared on townofeagle.org or the town’s Facebook page.
