The town will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. at Eagle Town Hall to present the first reading of the proposed 2025 fiscal year budget. Town staff will review updates based on recent Town Council work sessions, covering budget adjustments and projections. Sales tax revenues for 2025 are projected to remain flat and the town has implemented a five percent reduction in most departmental budgets. The updated proposed 2025 budget for the Oct. 8 council meeting will be posted on Friday, Oct. 4, in the afternoon, and can be accessed here.
Additional budget hearings will take place on Nov. 12 and Dec. 10.
