  • The Town does not change the owner name on our utility bills. Your renter can still gain access to the utility bill and pay it using our on-line payment system.

Xpress Bill Pay's system is built to allow multiple users to have access to the same utility account. Landlords can create an Xpress Bill Pay account and link the rental property to their account, allowing them access to view the statement information as well as payments made. Tenants can create an Xpress Bill Pay account and link the same utility account using the account number and the landlord’s last name, giving them the option to view the statement and make payments online. Because both the landlord and tenant have separate accounts they are able to view the same utility statement information but are not able to access each other personal and financial information.

  • We’re not just cheering from the sidelines—we get involved. From participating in Torch Runs, playing in the Guardians of the Flame Hockey Tournament to hosting fundraising events, volunteering at the Summer Olympics, and spreading awareness throughout the Eagle community, our officers are hands-on in their support. These events not only raise essential funds for Special Olympics but also build meaningful connections that go far beyond the uniform.

We also collaborate with local schools and families to promote inclusion and unified sports, encouraging our youth to be part of something bigger and more compassionate.
