1. Download a contract off the website or pick up a contract at Town Hall. 2. READ and fill out the contract. 3. Return the required forms to Town Hall WITH payment to reserve your desired date. Check-in is at 8:00am the day of your event. A Town employee will meet you at the Brush Creek Pavilion and give you the key. Check-out is at 8:00am the day after your event. Again, a Town employee will meet with you at the Brush Creek Pavilion for final inspection and retrieve the key.Brush Creek Pavilion Rental
