The Town of Eagle is seeking community members to fill two vacancies on its Economic Vitality Committee. This volunteer committee is the driving force behind the town’s economic future and meets at 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at Eagle Town Hall.
The Economic Vitality Committee provides essential expertise to the Town Council and Town Manager to enhance and facilitate economic development. Committee members act as catalysts between the town, developers, residents and the business community, working to expand and improve the town’s economic climate, while upholding its social and environmental objectives.
Members will be appointed by the Town Council and serve a two-year term from July 2024 to July 2026, with the possibility of reappointment for an additional two-year term. Interested applicants should submit their applications by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 7. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be residents of the Town of Eagle, property or business owners within the town, or employed within the town limits.
